At 365WebX.com, our mission is to deliver honest, in-depth Android and tech insights. To keep the lights on—and the benchmarks running—we sometimes review or link to products and services we personally use and believe add genuine value to our readers.
How we monetize (and what it means for you):
- Amazon & Other Affiliate Links
We are proud participants in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program and similar affiliate initiatives. If you click one of our links and make a qualifying purchase, we may earn a small commission—at no extra cost to you. These funds help us buy test devices, maintain our lab, and keep content free. - Sponsored Content & Ads
From time to time you’ll see clearly labeled sponsored posts, display ads, or partner integrations. Sponsorships never influence our editorial conclusions; our writers and reviewers operate independently. - Product Samples & Press Loans
Manufacturers may provide devices or software for review. When this happens, we disclose it within the article and return or recycle the unit afterward. Any product we keep is purchased at - retail price.
How 365WebX.com Keeps Reviews Unbiased
- Independent Testing
Every smartphone, tablet, software, app or smart-home device is purchased at retail (unless a loaner is clearly disclosed) and run through the same 48-hour benchmark and real-life workflow before any score is assigned. - Open Methodology
We publish the exact testing scripts, environmental settings (temperature, network, brightness), and raw data tables alongside each review so readers can replicate or challenge our findings. - No “Pay-to-Play”
Manufacturers cannot buy better ratings, placement in “Best of” lists, or expedited reviews. Sponsored content is visually labeled and kept in a separate feed. - Contributor Firewall
Writers are barred from covering brands in which they—or close family—hold financial interests. Annual disclosure forms are on file and available to readers on request. - Community Oversight
After publication, readers can submit reproducibility tests or contradictory data. Verified corrections are appended within 24 hours and may trigger a re-score. - Editorial Independence Charter
Final editorial authority rests with the Editor-in-Chief, who reports only to the publisher, not advertising or affiliate teams.
These measures ensure every verdict is guided by evidence, not incentives.
Sponsored Content Policy – 365WebX.com
Last updated: 21 July 2025
- Clear Labeling
- Every paid article, video, or “best-of” list carries a “Sponsored” or “Advertisement” badge at the top and bottom.
- In-feed thumbnails and social posts use the same tag so the relationship is obvious before you click.
- Separate Workflow
- Sponsored pieces are produced by a dedicated commercial team.
- Editorial reviewers and testers have no involvement in sponsored copy, and vice-versa.
- No Influence on Scores
- Ratings, benchmarks, or “recommended” verdicts from our standard reviews cannot be purchased.
- If a sponsor’s product is later reviewed editorially, that review remains 100 % independent and is disclosed as such.
- Content Approval & Fact-Check
- Sponsored claims are still run through our fact-check desk.
- We refuse any copy that contradicts our previously published data or makes unsubstantiated performance promises.
- Archive & Transparency Page
- A public Sponsored Archive lists every paid collaboration, date, and fee range (in bands) for full transparency.
- Reader Feedback Channel
- If you suspect a piece is inadequately labeled, email [email protected]; we investigate within one business day and publish the outcome.
In short: sponsored content keeps the site free to read, but never blurs the line between paid promotion and independent journalism.
Recommendations are driven by data, real-world testing, and reader benefit, not by potential commissions. If a product doesn’t meet our standards, we say so loudly.
